I took some photos in Zimbabwe's
Mana Pools National Park
Situated in the northern region of Zimbabwe, on the southern banks of the great Zambezi River, Mana Pools National Park will leave you breathless with its natural beauty and abundant wildlife. Making it the perfect place to begin our photo safari.
Mana Pools (meaning four pools in Shona, the local language) is a wildlife-rich, biodiverse wonderland that delights at every turn. You can expect to spot hippopotamus, crocodile, elephants, buffalo, zebra, lions, wild dogs and a wonderful array of antelope within this UNESCO World Heritage Site. And it’s one of the only locations in the world where elephants stand on their hind legs to feed off the local acacia trees.
