I took some photos in Zimbabwe's
Kanga Camp
Situated within the only private wilderness concession in Mana Pools National Park, Kanga Camp was a welcome respite after several days of game drive. An absolute haven for wildlife, the camp sits perched on the edge a remote watering hole, the sole source of water in the area. Allowing for the unique opportunity to relax and let the safari experience come to us.
In the sweltering heat of the dry season, the watering hole attracts all manner of wildlife. From baboon and buffalo to leopard, lion, and more. The real attraction is the constant flow of elephant activity. Where they sip, sit and splash around for hours at a time. And elephants with a more refined palate can be found sipping from the splash pool, directly adjacent to the dining patio.
